With 8 years of experience working with local communities in the Namakwa District, I focus on community engagements, designing, negotiating and implementing Rangeland Stewardship Agreements with communal livestock farmers. I also engage and support local governance structures in farmer co-operatives to develop Business plans, as well as conduct workshops on the constitution and principles of Cooperative Governance and Compliance. My work includes monitoring, evaluation, and coordination of field activities.
